At Allyn Kent & Associates we work with businesses to formulate unique business and funding strategies for long-term success. Many of our clients offer a patented or patent pending product which results in a high barrier to entry within the marketplace. We seek organizations that have proven themselves and are ready to take their business to the next level.
Along with developing strategies for the clients we represent, Allyn Kent has cultivated business relationships with private investors, equity groups and some select banking entities. We are continually seeking new alliances with private investors and private equity groups in order to serve the ever-changing and unique needs of our clients.
Alyson Sheradin, President
Alyson formed Allyn Kent & Associates to assist fellow entrepreneurs with the difficult task of raising capital for their business. Prior to creating Allyn Kent & Associates she worked on the formation and development of two other successful ventures. Chadmoore Wireless Group, Inc. had its humble beginnings in her home in 1994. Over an 8-year period Chadmoore went public, employed over 100 people, and became the 2nd largest holder of 800Mhz spectrum in the United States. In 2002 Nextel acquired the assets of Chadmoore in a cash transaction. From there, Alyson developed, in conjunction with her business partners, an internet business which over the course of three years made significant contributions to local and national charitable organizations. Alyson’s experience as an entrepreneur coupled with an extensive career in corporate America, allows her to bring operational and administrative know-how to the clients of Allyn Kent & Associates.
Alyson graduated from LeMoyne College with a degree in Business Administration and is a former Dale Carnegie Human Relations Instructor. She has also completed post graduate courses in Human Resources at UNLV.
